UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMME:

  • 10+3 Diploma (Architecture, Civil & Interior Design) or equivalent recognised by Central/ State Governments with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 
    OR
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination
02Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan) 1) The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects and obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate.

2) In case of candidates belong in to SC, ST and OBC category, the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate.

02 Ph.D in Urban and Regional Planning Masters degree in Architecture or Masters degree in Planning (all disciplines of Planning offered by Planning Schools in India) with minimum of 50% aggregate marks (OR) Masters degree in allied disciplines from any recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. 
Candidates applying for Part-Time categories should obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from his/her employer. The selection of both Full-Time and Part-Time PhD candidates will be through an entrance examination/written test, interview conducted by the School. The successful candidates will then be provisionally admitted. However, the registration of the provisionally admitted scholar shall be subject to the successful completion of the coursework offered during the Pre-PhD.
